Derrell Speights, an Airforce veteran, alongside his wife Emily Johnson, envisioned a haven where pets could receive the same unwavering care and devotion they provide to their families. Derrell experiences in the military instilled in him values of loyalty, responsibility, and compassion—traits he carries into his role as Co-Founder and CEO of StaycationPets. Emily, with her keen understanding of business management and a shared passion for animals, stands as the Co-Founder and COO, infusing the business with her warmth and organizational prowess.
